Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano suggests Liverpool are now ready to plot a move for Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch in next 48 hours.

Heading into last two days of the summer transfer window, Reds still needs reinforcement at middle of the park. But there’s no concrete interest of any particular player.

Speaking on the Here We Go Podcast, Romano now claims that Liverpool could make a late move for Gravenberch. The Italian also stated that Reds have informed player’s agent to keep them informed about any change in situation at Bayern.

Romano shares the report about the 21-year-old :-

“What happened is two weeks ago, Liverpool and Man United reached out to his agents and they had the same strategy.

They said until the final day of the transfer window, on deadline day if anything changes let us know because they will be ready to make a move.”

Gravenberch has also already made a name of himself at Ajax FC initially but he didn’t get the required the game-time at Bayern. Many also questions the fact that he may posses lot of potentialit but he still “unproven”.

However, many supporters also claims that Gravenberch would not be enough for Liverpool this season. Two weeks ago, Reds were bidding £111 million for Moises Caicedo, hence he might not be enough to fill the void at the club.

Gravenberch might be a player for future as he holds huge potential in himself. But Liverpool is currently in a position were they need quick solutions to their problems.
