Former Reds Steve Nicol suggests Liverpool’s new signing Dominik Szoboszlai haven’t put a foot wrong in this current campaign.
Worldcup winner Alexis Mac Allister had a mix start at the Mersyside club and there’s not much of Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch yet this season. However, Szoboszlai looked in great touch since joining the club this summer as the Hungarian International is in flawless reign of form.
Speaking on the Aldo Meets Podcast, Nicol suggests that Szoboszlai has all the the attributes to become a Liverpool legend, if he stays at the club for next 10 years. He further praised the midfielder and said :-
“The surprise has been Szoboszlai. The guy has been silky. Every single thing he does is immaculate, and he makes it look easy. It’s four games and he has been flawless in four games. It’s early to stick a halo over his head, but if he keeps doing what he’s doing, this guy is absolutely going to be a legend at Liverpool and hopefully he will be here for 10 years.”
Meanwhile, it’s been a brilliant start to his Liverpool career as Szoboszlai looks in great touch. He is already showing signs of greatness and as Nicol suggests his name will be in Anfield folklores in future.
Reds were missing a player of his calibre as the Hungarian can bring back the silverwares to Anfield this season. Szoboszlai can be transfer the of the season, however some people may doubt it as there is still lot to prove.
