After a rather dreadful loss against Liverpool, Manchester United have reconsidered the manager role. As per reports, Antonio Conte is next in line to become the new Manchester United coach and will allegedly demand a wage worth £10m from the Red Devils. The Italian is ready to take over as soon as he is approached by the club.

However, Manchester United are uncertain about Antonio Conte’s suitability to manage the club. Some high-ranking figures at United are not keen on Conte, despite his interest in succeeding Solskjær.

Antonio Conte and his explosive attitude could turn around Manchester United hopes

Besides Conte, Zinedine Zidane and Brendan Rodgers have both been linked with the job, but the Italian seems to be the favourite to take over. With the current situation, Antonio Conte’s short term winning attitude will make Man Utd ‘title contenders once again.

He is usually reluctant to take a new job mid-season but will make an exception for the post at Old Trafford. The Italian’s desire to be United manager speaks volumes on the squad Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has assembled.

Conte is the most highly-regarded manager currently out of a job having left Inter Milan in the summer. The Italian led them to the Serie A title and has previously masterminded Chelsea‘s Premier League success in 2017. The 52-yrs-old manager seems to have full confidence believing that he can win the Champions League at Man Utd.

Even players Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba are demanding Ole Gunnar’s exit. As things stand, the Norwegian totally lacks the tactical ability to take the team forward. In three years, his best record with the team was finishing 2nd both in Premier League and Europa League last season.

Ole is likely to get an opportunity to rectify Man Utd’s dismal form as the chiefs have decided to give him one last chance. He is likely expected to be in charge against Tottenham Hotspur in their clash on Saturday.
