According to these rules there will be a spending cap decided for every club this season apart from their sales and TV rights. This is to minimize the spending from big clubs. This can also help the League to be more competitive. However there should also be sales from selling players before more transfers can be done. This can be a difficult situation for Newcastle United as they desperately need some signings this transfer window.

His form has been very good. He seems very happy and settled. He will be thinking about a busy summer ahead and where we can hopefully take the team. We are not in control of that, so we shall see.”
