Man City now have started looking for a new right back to replace Kyle walker in the future. There eyes have stuck to their former player Jeremie Frimpong.
Jeremie Frimpong was the academy product of Man City who went to Bayer Leverkusen because he didn’t got chance in the team but now city wants him back as Kyle Walker is getting old.
Other than Man City there are others Premier league clubs like Arsenal, Man United and Aston Villa the clubs which interested in the player.
Bayer Leverkusen just did the unexpected that they won the Bundesliga title with an unbeaten record under the leadership of Xabi Alonso. Frimpong interested to for a comeback at his old club that he left in 2019. He had proved himself in Bundesliga and now he wants to test himself in a new league.
There are some reports that Man City graduate’s representatives have started discussions with Man City for a comeback at the club.
Man City had just won another Premier league title making it four in a row. They are making the way clear for Frimpong for next season.

The release clause of the 23 year old right back is just £34 million, it is a kind of amount that Man City can easily pay without any hesitation but there are reports that still might negotiate to reduce the price.
The salary of the player is also not an issue for Man City as they can easily pay his salary and some journalist says that he is not asking for higher wages.
Man United are also very interested in signing Frimpong as they loved how he played back in 2023, he performed really well. Aston Villa is also seen very interesting and they are in good position right now for Frimpong as they just qualified for Champions League for the first time after a long time whereas Man United are currently in trouble as team is in a great mess.
Arsenal is also a club who also wants to sign the player. They just finished second in the premier league this season, the main problem that everyone saw in the Arsenal’s team was the right back and left back, despite having such a great player as Ben White and Jurrien Timber.

So they are looking for a new right back and their have stuck on Frimpong, who gave a wonderful performance this year and everyone is expecting that he will give performance like this for a very long time because currently is very young.
Other than Real Madrid, Bayern Munich also interested to sign the player. Frimpong who gave a brilliant performance against Bayern. They have lost league this year and finished third this year. So they are looking to improve their club for next season,
The other reason why everyone wants Frimpong is that he scored 14 goals this season and he also gave 12 assists this season. He is also very pacy who can beat the defender just by his pace, he also knows how to play possession play football.
