They were looking to buy Eberechi Eze and Morgan Rogers, but they have now turned their attention to Xavi Simons. The 22-year-old, Dutch midfielder has become Europe’s most exciting midfielder. Last season, he scored a total of 12 goals in 33 matches with 11 assists, with a perfect vision in the field. Chelsea‘s sporting director, Paul, and manager Enzo Maresca see Simons as the perfect player for Stamford Bridge. Simons, on the other hand, is also ready to leave his current team, RB Leipzig, and come to Stamford Bridge. But many clubs are in line to secure the service of Xavi Simons. The Dutch international, Xavi Simons, is on the eyes of Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea.
Why does Chelsea want Xavi Simons?

But Bayern and Liverpool are slow in terms of talks, and Arsenal is looking to complete the signing of Eze from Crystal Palace. The Dutch international has a price tag of £67 million as his fee. But before completing this move, Chelsea has to clear out some players to make some space for new players.
