The 23-year-old Winger from England had a really good season at Chelsea. He scored 11 goals and contributed to Chelsea’s Conference League win. For Arsenal, Madueke can be a top player. He offers direct runs, presses well, and has Premier League Experience. Arteta values all these qualities and sees Madueke as a perfect player for his system. However, they might have questions about his consistency and discipline. But if nurtured perfectly he would be a top signing for them in the future.

Chelsea’s Stance on Noni Madueke – Will they sell to Arsenal?

As Mentioned Before, Chelsea would not want Madueke to leave. However, if an offer around their valuation comes and the player requests to leave, they might be open to sell him. Also, there would be questions if they want to sell a top player to their rival club. This might affect the structure and price of the deal.

Despite Madueke’s Performance, it is possible that he may leave Chelsea this season. This might help Chelsea to create space for new signings and get funds to manage FFP.

Madueke has a contract with Chelsea till 2030, so the Blues hold a strong position for this deal. Yet, if Arsenal make a good offer along with structure, they might be able to get this deal done.

Player’s Viewpoint

Noni Madueke is currently 23 years old. Despite his solid season last year he was not getting much chances, he was used as a backup. The England International would be looking for chances and gametime in his career. He would be open to move if an attractive offer comes. He seems to be ready for a new challenge and would want to play regularly.

Author’s Opinion

Noni Madueke is linked heavily to Arsenal. This deal seems logical, Arsenal get a top winger that suits their system, Madueke will get playtime, Chelsea would be able to create space and get funds. However, this deal is not as simple as it sounds. The Blues would want around £50 million for him. They may also raise their valuation if a rival club like Arsenal wants to sign him. Meanwhile, The Gunners have held talks internally and plan to present an offer around £35 million fixed fee + add ons. Their first bid is expected to get rejected as Chelsea want more. Arsenal are expected to raise their offer and structure it in a way both clubs would be comfortable. As for the player, he gets to join a top club like Arsenal and gets game time under Mikel Arteta’s system.

It would be interesting to see how this deal evolves. How do Arsenal Structure their Deal? Where will Noni Madueke play next season?
