Liverpool XI’s Jack Bearne impressed the opposition boss

Liverpool XI side traveled to Kidderminster Harriers for a pre-season friendly back in July. Jack Bearne provided a brilliant assist for Leighton Clarkson’s Goal in a 3-1 win over the opposition. Jack had a marvelous last season at the academy as well as being directly involved in 16 goals in premier league 2. His performance impressed the opposition boss earning him a loan move to that day’s opposition.

Not the best of starts

Jack didn’t have the best of starts at his new club where initially he could not force his place into the first team. He struggled with injury at the start. Gradually Jack has come back into the side and has now started in Kidderminster’s last 11 outings cementing his place in the side.

Jack admits his initial struggles and is now completely focused on his future with the club.

“It was a bit frustrating at the start for me, I had a slight injury that kept me out for a few weeks which might have gone under the radar a bit, But when I came back and got the chance to play, I just wanted to prove to the manager that I could be selected every week and contribute every week.”

Hope would be that Jack Bearne would make the most of his opportunity and earn himself a permanent move. Either to Kidderminster or other interested clubs vying for his signature.
