IPL 2021: Ishan Kishan didn’t look in a good form since the season started. And it Questioned his place in the T20 world cup 2021 Tournament. Fans want Indian cricketers to be in their best form in the T20 world cup. Thus, the Indian captain stepped Virat Kohli up to share his insightful advice for Kishan.

Since India has shown poor performances in the knockout matches of world cups before. Supporters expect better from team India this time. Thus the bad form of Ishan Kishan tensed people but Kishan showed some positive signs by the end of the IPL 2021.

A couple of weeks before Kishan was in poor form. But after the last match of Mumbai Indians against RCB, he has changed things around. And Ishan Kishan scored two consecutive fifties after that. In the last match, Kishan smashed 82 runs off just 32 balls. He was the star of that night. And Mumbai Indians won the match.

Kishan was happy for his good performance but showed disappointment because they could not make it to the playoffs.

Kishan Shared intuitive Advice from Kohli

Post Match: Kishan revealed what Kohli had told him about batting as an opener. His form was not up to the mark initially and in the mid of the season. Ishan Kishan told Kohli that he wants to open. And Kohli said

‘you are selected as an opener’.

Kishan said “I would love to open” to which Virat said

‘you are selected as an opener, you just have to be prepared for that.’ In the bigger stage, you need to be prepared for every situation I feel.”

Since he played amazing knocks before the tournament ended. Kishan was happy that he finally scored some runs before heading towards playing the T20 world cup.

Although, Mumbai won their last game and registered a dominant 42-runs win. But it wasn’t enough as KKR had a better NRR than them. Thus despite securing 14 points…MI had to say goodbye. But Mumbai would like to bounce back to winning ways in the next IPL.
