Between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, Antonio Conte has made his choice clear. The Italian is ready for a move to Old Trafford and does not want the Spurs job.

Amidst Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sacking discussions, managers like Conte and Zinedine Zidane are linked with Man Utd. Amongst all, the Italian manager is the favourite to take over. With the 3-week extended period for Ole, Conte is patiently waiting for an offer.

However, with Spurs’ poor form, manager Nuno Espirito Santo has fell in the mixer and could be sacked soon.

Conte prefers Manchester over Tottenham

For the past few weeks, the 52-yrs-old manager has kept his stance clear of joining Utd. He is respectfully waiting for Ole Gunnar’s exit and an offer from Man Utd.

The former Inter Milan manager, led them to the Serie A title and has previously masterminded Chelsea‘s Premier League success in 2017. The 52-yrs-old manager seems to have full confidence believing that he can win the Champions League at Man Utd.

While Ole is fighting to safeguard his job, if things go south, Conte is ready to pounce on the opportunity and become the new manager for the Red Devils.

On the other hand, Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo is under talks of getting sacked. After the team’s poor performance and a 3-0 defeat against the Red Devils, the Portuguese manager has fallen under a lot of speculations.

The Tottenham management are currently discussing Nuno’s future at the club and will announce his position at the club soon. Conte is also the favourite of the Spurs board to become their next manager.

Meanwhile, according to journalist Ekrem Konur, Conte is prioritizing a move to United over Tottenham.

The Italian does not have a track record of staying at clubs for a lengthy period. The most games managed during one spell at a club by him is 106 at Chelsea. However, he could soon associate himself with a club.
