Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino was lauding his winger Raheem Sterling after a 1-0 win over Fulham. Sterling won a penalty for Chelsea in the first half which proved out to be a decisive one. The job from the spot was finished by Cole Palmer. Owing to this victory, the Blues have now won three consecutive Premier League games in a row beating Luton, Crystal Palace and Fulham now. The English man also impressed Peter Crouch who said he is a joy to watch.

The Argentine was impressed with the performances of both Sterling and Palmer. Speaking to football.london after the game, he said,

We work on that. No! It’s good for the team. Today was good action and good performance to provide the team the penalty and then Palmer’s execution was excellent. So happy because he provides the team good things and helped to achieve the three points today, that we needed to be in a better position in the table.”

Moreover, Raheem is now the player who has won the most penalties in Premier League history. The England international is a really good and his hard to stop when he is at his best. As per WhoScored, he is the man who completed the most in Chelsea’s squad right now. Though, the fans will love to see the end product of his efforts. The 29-year old moved to Stamford Bridge from Manchester City two seasons ago. He now has five league goals so far in this campaign. However, a forward of his potential can be a bit more than this.
