Sources claim that there is a good chance for Arsenal to sign Mykhaylo Mudryk this January transfer window. Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk is Arsenal’s top target this transfer window. The Gunners have been eyeing the winger for some time, it looks like the deal might go through this time. Reports claim that there are chances that Arsenal may sign Mykhaylo Mudryk but no such deal have been agreed upon between the two parties yet. Premier League rivals Brentford had also placed a deal for the winger, but the deal didn’t go through. They had offered the player €25m but the player’s value have increased since then. Some reports suggest that Shakhtar Donetsk demands €100m for the player, but interested clubs believe that the amount could be lower than that.

Arsenal are close to sign Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk

Arsenal’s signing of the winger will depend on the price of the player. The club is also looking at other options if this deal doesn’t work out. Shakhtar Donetsk’s director have claimed that the player is at the same level as Manchester City‘s Jack Grealish, therefore he should be valued the same as him. Mykhaylo Mudryk’s transfer fee could seem a bit steep for some clubs. David Ornstein have reported that there is a ‘good chance’ that Arsenal might sign the winger. The Gunners fans could start to get excited after these claims are made.

The winger have scored 7 goals and have registered 7 assists in the last 12 matches that he appeared on. He had even created a stir in the Champions League group stage, where he scored 5 goals in his 6 appearances. Mykhaylo Mudryk looks like a good attacking talent and would really help the club that he would join. The Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus is currently injured and won’t be back for a few months. Therefore the winger is the top priority for the club.
