Arsenal are monitoring Turkish attacker Arda Guler

Arsenal are currently monitoring Fenerbache attacker Arda Guler, as they’re ahead of other rival clubs such as Newcastle, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

As per reports, Gunners have already agreed a deal for their long-term target Declan Rice after seeing there third bid of £105 million accepted. The West Ham midfielder is set to become the expensive British signing ever.
