Encouragement for Arsenal after Joao Felix’s stance on Aston Villa

Joao Felix’s stance on a potential Aston Villa move should be encouraging to Arsenal. The Gunners are keen on signing the 23-year-old player. The player can operate both as a winger, an attacking midfielder, and as a forward. The player also played in the 2022 Qatar World Cup for Portugal. Joao Felix have been under the club’s radar for quite some time. Many European clubs have reportedly shown interest in the player. Manchester United, Chelsea, PSG, and Wolverhampton Wanderers are all included in the list. Though Aston Villa could become a force to be reckoned with under Unai Emery. But that improvement will take some time. Joao Felix would be looking to join a club that will play in the Champions League next season. Therefore Felix does not consider Aston Villa as an option.

Arsenal on the other hand are five points clear off Manchester City in the Premier League table. With the way Arsenal are performing they might as well challenge Manchester City for the title. Arsenal would be looking to secure a spot in the Champions League next season. Arsenal have a young team under manager Mikel Arteta and it could be enticing for the player. This Arsenal rumor has the fans excited, as they might end up signing this world-class forward.
