Number of other sources such as Fabrizio Romano, James Benge and Sami Mokbel confirms that the bid is eminent and it will be submitted within hours.

David Ornstein stated that the bid had been submitted, writing:-

“It is anticipated the proposal of £75m and £15m in add-ons will be turned down by their Premier League rivals, but Arsenal are getting closer to a fee that West Ham are aiming to achieve if their captain is to depart.”

Following his international duty, Rice is heading off to holiday this week. But he expects to be an Arsenal by end of this week.

Gunners now only waits for West Ham’s response to get this deal done. Hammers has been waiting to start a bidding war, but the player wants to join Arsenal this summer.

As per The Telegraph, West Ham United are in no rush to sell, as Manchester City might enter the race. Citizens can easily afford the £100m price-tag.

However, the West Ham Way report that the Arsenal side are confident that deal will be completed after their new bid, but it’s not clear what West Ham’s intentions are on their end.
