Arsenal tabled bid of £105 million for Aurelien Tchouameni

Arsenal have tabled a bid of £105 million for Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni this summer, according to reports.

Tchouameni has been linked with a move away from Bernabeu this summer. According to reports from Defensa Central, Arsenal have now officially made a bid for the French International.

The 23-year-old midfielder joined Real Madrid last summer for £80 million from French outfit AS Monaco. But Tchouameni has not lived up to the reputation so far. He has lacked consistency so far and Los Blancos might want to sell him this summer.

As per reports, Real Madrid are ready to cash in on the player in this transfer window and interest from Arsenal is eminent. The Spanish outfit might need to bring in multiple reinforcement this summer, as some of their key players have left the club.

Real have already signed the talented midfielder Jude Bellingham from Borrusia Dortmund this summer. At this moment, they’ll have plenty of midfielders at their disposal. So it would not be suprise if they sell Tchouameni this summer.

Gunners need to sign a defensive midfielder after Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka expected to leave the club this summer. They’ve already signed Kai Havertz and Declan Rice is close to joining team from West Ham United.

Rice and Tchouameni can sort out their midfield for the foreseeable future. The French midfielder has immense talent and, Mikel Arteta could be the ideal manager to bring out the best in him.

Tchouameni will be desperate to get back to his best and playing in the Premier League could be ideal for him.
