BCCI chief Roger Binny makes ‘MS Dhoni’ statement in a huge verdict on Rohit Sharma’s captaincy in T20 World Cup

Although he did not mark anything with his bat his captaincy was praised. Before coming to the World Cup 2022 he made the team win against 2 strong sides. Rohit was one of the players from the 2007 world cup who is playing currently. He played under Dhoni and Virat and now he is captaining. Roger Binny in an interview and was asked how he will compare Rohit to other Indian captains like Dhoni.

He performed well as captain by winning series away and at home also. India is currently ranked one in the t20i ranking list under Rohit’s captaincy. He is leading the team and the team is performing well. Apart from the international games, he also led Mumbai Indians for a long time and bought 5 IPL trophies for the team.

Roger Binny was asked in an interview how well you will position Rohit in comparison to Dhoni’s captaincy. His statement:

“Rohit is an experienced player. He has played so many matches and been in so many situations. Everyone has a different approach. Dhoni is totally different, you can’t compare him, Kapil or Gavaskar. Each one has a different way of how they operate. “
