Former Liverpool man Boudewijn Zenden says that Ryan Gravenberch will flourish at Anfield in the upcoming years. Speaking to Soccer News, Zenden said that former Bayern man will make a name for himself at Liverpool. Moreover, with Gravenberch leaving an impact in the first few matches, it might not take long for the Dutch international to live up his dreams in the Premier League. He was also named as a ‘wonderkid’ during his days at Ajax. Liverpool signed him from Bayern Munich this summer on deadline day.

Speaking on Gravenbewrch, Zenden said,

“For Gravenberch I think that he will gradually start to feel better and that he will certainly be important.

“The only question is what role that will be? Is he going to play a more conservative role, one with more freedom going forward as the defensive midfielder is usually Mac Allister?

“So yeah, Gravenberch is of course a player who comes with the Ajax DNA who wants to shift and appear in spaces.”

Besides this, Klopp also showed trust in Ryan for Merseyside derby. This gives some indications that things will be bigger for him at Liverpool. The youngster is still regarded by many as one of the most exciting midfield talents in all of Europe. Indeed, Liverpool are aware that they have to get the best out of Gravenberch. As a matter of fact, Gravenberch can become one of the best transfers for Liverpool if he hits his true potential with the Reds.
