Chelsea defender Reece James has stepped up from his injury and is back in training. The 23-year old has been a bug miss for the Blues. James picked up an injury during the opening week matchday against Liverpool. Since then, he was on the sideline for the past seven-and-a-half-weeks for Chelsea. Moreover, if no more injuries, the Englishman will return to action after International break

Chelsea will be going head to head with Burnley this weekend. However, James will be suspended due to his improper conduct against Aston Villa last week. The skipper is charged with a one-game ban. Mauricio Pochettino and Chelsea are eyeing for a second successive win in the Premier League before the break. Furthermore, after International break, Chelsea will be facing tough opponents. They will playing Arsenal, Tottenham, Brentford and Manchester City.

Following another international break, Chelsea will have to face Brighton, Newcastle United and Manchester United. Pochettino will be hoping to have James back as soon as possible following the fixtures. The Englishman is a complete right-back and the club has missed his leadership in the recent weeks. Though, it is unclear when will the captain be back in action. Chelsea will hope to have him back in the squad before they face their arch-rivals Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on October 21.
