Last season, he averaged 2.9 clearances, 2.6 aerial wins, and 1.5 interceptions per league game, making him a reliable presence at the heart of the defense. Moreover, he recorded three goals and three assists in Ligue 1, showcasing his ability to impact the game in the attacking third.
