Chelsea midfielder Denis Zakaria who was signed by Chelsea this summer is getting criticized for the Chelsea move.

The midfielder joined Chelsea on deadline day this summer from Juventus and is yet to make an appearance for the Blues.

Zakaria only appeared in 15 games for Juventus after having signed for them in January. He was supposed to be N’Golo Kante‘s short-term replacement at Stamford Bridge.

It seems he’s not in Graham Potter’s plans.

Zakaria getting criticized

Football pundit Marco Streller isn’t too pleased about Zakaria’s move to Chelsea and has criticized him for joining the Blues.

Marco said:

“We expect players to be personalities. I can’t go to Juve half a year before signing a contract,”

“In a situation where they are not in form – and then he changes clubs again on the last transfer day. This career planning simply doesn’t fit.

“He – in top form – and with a good career plan would play there at some point. But in a completely different role.

“You can’t always blame the agent or the club. There, the player himself is also responsible. That’s (the move to Chelsea) not serious! Other teams were also involved, so a lot of things were done wrong.” He added
