Crooks claims Salah is at his very best for Liverpool this season

Former footballer and commentator Gareth Crooks claims Mohamed Salah is playing at his very best for Liverpool in this campaign.

According to BBC Sports, Crooks stated that the Egyptian international is in form of his life since joining Liverpool in 2016. Salah provided two assist to win 3:1 against Wolves on Saturday as it was one of his best individual performance on record.

Meanwhile, Crooks was impressed with Salah’s performance at Molineux and said :-

“He might not be scoring goals in bucketfuls anymore but Salah is playing the best team football I’ve seen him play since his arrived at Anfield.

“He was outstanding again against Wolves and hasn’t put a foot wrong since the Saudis tried to lure him to their Pro League with mind-boggling amounts of cash.

“All credit to the Egypt superstar, who has conducted himself in a manner dignified and respectful to the club who have made him a world-class player. Hence he is a model professional.”

Salah’s creative side of play has been discovered by manager Jurgen Klopp this season. While lack of goal can be a concern for the attacker, but he already have four assists this season.

The Egyptian is enjoying his new creative role for Liverpool is this campaign. Goals will follow if he keeps his form intact and play in good rhythm.

Manager Jurgen Klopp already made it very clear in this summer transfer window that how important Salah’s value for Liverpool. The German ranks him very highly as he believes that winger will continue his good reign of form this season.
