Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg suggested Dutch midfielder Ryan Gravenberch informed Bayern Munich that he wants to leave the club this summer.

Plettenberg also confirms that both Liverpool and Bayern are currently negotiating a deal for the 21-year-old. Reds are desperate to bring another midfielder before the summer transfer window shuts down.

Liverpool already signed the likes of Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai and Wataru Endo this summer. However they also missed out signing Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia as Chelsea hijacked both the deals.

David Ornstein also suggests that Liverpool are currently discussing the final details of the deal with Bayern. Gravenberch demands regular game-time at his new club this season.

Gravenberch is favouring the Mersyside club over rivals Manchester United this summer, according to reports. The Dutch midfielder wants leave Germany before the transfer window shuts down.

Plettenberg posted on social media about Gravenberch’s future speculations. He wrote :-

“Feeling is that FC Bayern demands around €30m for Ryan #Gravenberch!

“Negotiations between the clubs ongoing. Liverpool definitely wants him.

“No total agreement between LFC & Gravenberch yet. Talks will proceed as soon as the clubs have an agreement.

“Gravenberch has made clear that he wants to leave FC Bayern now. He’s waiting for the final green light.”

After joining Bayern Munich last summer from Ajax FC, Gravenberch has struggled to get his feet running at the Allianz Arena. He was regarded as one most prolific midfielder during his time at Amsterdam.

However, Gravenberch would be a perfect addition to Liverpool squad this summer as he is quite versatile at the middle.
