Manchester City striker Erling Haaland posted cryptic message after Arsenal were held to a 3:3 draw by Southampton at Emirates Stadium last night.
Now Gunners have lose points in last 3 consecutive games. They started terribly, as Saints double their lead in just 11 minutes. The score read at 3:1 in the 87th minute and it looked Arsenal will lose. However, goals from Martin Odeegard and Bukayo Saka in two minutes helped them to pickup a point. Manchester City are now five points behind the leaders and have also played a match less.
Arsenal have dropped 6 points in last three matches in Premier League. Arteta’s side has been out of form in last few matches and fatigue can be a reason.
This has put Manchester City in the driving seat to win the title this season and especially with Erling Haaland leading the line. The Norwegian has scored 48 goals across all competitions this term.
Last night, few minutes after Arsenal’s match ended, Haaland took Twitter to post few pictures of himself. He wrote:-
With Arsenal’s recent dip in form, Manchester City are now on pole position to win the Premier League Title. Guardiola’s team have shown in the past, they can change gears at the back end of the season.
That’s all they have to do retain their title this season. However, Arsenal will be hoping to win against City on 27th April to keep their title run alive.
