Heung-Min Son is better than Erling Haaland – Janusz Michallik

Pundit Janusz Michallik claims Tottenham Hotspur winger Heung-Min Son is better than Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.

Speaking on ESPN, Michallik have identified five best players in the division currently. However, the pundit made some suprising picks.

The pundit put Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and Erling Haaland in fourth and fifth position respectively. He put Heung-Min Son ahead of the Norwegian international despite his prolific performance for City this season.

Michallik choose the South-korean international ahead of Haaland, stating he is enjoying Son’s performance this season. He believes the fact that 31-year-old winger was the best player in Premier League two seasons ago.

The Pundit shared his views on Heung-Min Son and said :-

“At number three I put Heung-Min Son, I love what he’s done. He’s doing what I thought he would do after that season where he finished top of the scoring charts with Mo Salah. In my opinion, that year he was the best player in the Premier League. I knew he hadn’t lost it and I’m happy he’s proven me right here.”

Some people may like Son but it’s quite right to buy into the idea that he’s better than Haaland. The Norwegian scored 25 more goals than the Tottenham winger last season.

Haaland is undoubtedly one of the best player of this generation and at this moment there’s no one match his goal tally in Premier League. However, Son’s contribution to Spurs has been huge as he can termed as one of the best in the league.
