The International Cricket Council will be discussing constitutional reforms in their annual meeting next month.

The panel that will overlook this issue is the Naidoo panel led by South African Lawson Naidoo.

Apart from him, the other members of the committee are Indra Nooyi, Martin Snedden, Imran Khwaja, Matt Featherstone and Greg Barclay.

The main work of the committee is to overlook the governing of the international body so that it is in sync with the sport of cricket.

Recently, members of the ICC want the elections of the chairman to be simplified.

The idea now needs a stamp of approval from all the members of the ICC.

Due to his healthy credentials in South Africa, Naidoo was elected by the ICC.

It will be interesting to see if the committee will be giving the final seal of approval to the idea or not.

The Shashank Manohar committee had also talked about several recommendations for the reformation of the ICC.

One of these changes was the appointment of an independent female director to the ICC.

Nooyi has been occupying that position since then.
