Journalist James Benge suggested bringing Pedro Neto at Arsenal would probably end Reiss Nelson’s career at the Emirates.

Speaking on Charles Watt’s YouTube Channel, Benge reported that Arsenal are very keen in signing the Portuguese international in the upcoming transfer windows. Neto has been one of the finest performers in the Premier League in last couple of campaigns.

However, Nelson never able to took next step in his career at Arsenal. The 23-year-old has an unmatchable talent but opportunities rare for him.

Some supporters thought that goal against Bournemouth will change his fortunes, but it didn’t happened. Nelson has played only half of the football across his last three Premier League outings so far this season.

Nelson will be on his way out, if Neto joins Arsenal

According to Football Transfers, Arsenal are keen bringing Neto and value him around £40 million. But Wolves wants £70 million for the attacker.

If Neto makes move to Arsenal, Journalist James Benge claims Nelson’s future would surely be in doubt. He said :-

“I think if Neto comes in in January or if he comes in the summer, to me, I would look at that and say that’s it for Reiss Nelson at Arsenal, if he wants to move.

“But this is what you have to do, isn’t it, if you aspire to be a title-winning team. You have to make those upgrades, you have to say to Reiss Nelson: ‘thanks for your service, but you might want to look for a different club because we’re looking to get a better player in this position’. So yeah, they would be too stacked, they would have to move someone on.”

Despite Arteta praising him as a “special” talent, Nelson would better off moving away. He might leave Arsenal for better game time somewhere else.
