Wolves mocks Klopp’s after Liverpool’s shambolic defeat

Liverpool

Liverpool’s season is in amid crisis after the weekends loss against Wolves. The Reds have not registered a single win in Premier League, this year.

Following the shameful defeat, Klopp’s recent comment has received huge taunts from Wolves. The German manager mistakenly said that Neves’s goal “did not count” in the second half of the game. Klopp said, ‘he didn’t count it’.

Wolves social media handle was seen mocking Klopp’s comment by striking off Neves’s name in the scorer’s area. They also changed the scoreline from 3:0 to 2:0 to give back on Klopp’s nonsense comment.

The Red’s boss quoted:-

The third goal I don’t count because it was the first time they passed the halfway line in the second half. The other two goals, going into a game with all the things we said during the week and before the game then this start is horrible.”

CARRAGHER HEAVILY CRITICISES LIVERPOOL’S DEFEAT TO WOLVES AND PROFESSES THAT HE MIGHT GET REPLACED

Jamie Carragher hugely criticized the Reds defence after Wolves defeat and termed it as “shambolic”. Liverpool conceded 2 goals in first 12 minutes on Saturday as Matip scored an own goal.

Carragher stated:-

“It’s not too difficult to play center-back next to the leader of the back four, judge center-backs when they have to lead themselves. Shambolic.”

He described Liverpool’s defence as understaffed. Former Reds also criticized Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, and Ibrahima Konate for not showing up in absence of Virgil Van Dijk.

The Dutchman has been a crucial figure for Liverpool as the Reds have not won a match in the League in absence of a star defender. The Liverpool No.4 might return to training next week.
