Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has put three first-team players for sale in the January transfer window. Klopp wants to shake up his Liverpool squad with three players ready for departure from Anfield. Six players have already parted ways with Liverpool during the summer transfer window. It seems like Klopp still wants to refresh his squad amid the struggling season.

Liverpool had quite a struggling start to the season, they currently sit on 9th place with 16 points only. Klopp has decided to change things for which his first move is to free up some players who can’t provide much to the squad.

Liverpool ready to make changes

Few players left Anfield during the summer transfer window, Sadio Mane is one of the stars who left Liverpool for Bayern Munich which made quite a headline. Some other players who parted ways are Ben Davies, Neco Williams, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi, and Marko Grujic.

Now, according to Calciomercato, Liverpool are now ready to part ways with the trio with 278 appearances. The players who are put on sale by Liverpool are centre back Nat Philips and the duo from midfield Naby Kieta, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Selling these players would help the Reds to free up some wage bills. Phillips doesn’t get enough time on the pitch as he is a fifth-choice defender for Klopp, he would prefer to leave if he wants minutes to play. Meanwhile, Kieta and Chamberlain are suffering from injury issues, this might be the reason they are on the list for sale.
