Liverpool want to sign Musiala more than his Bayern teammate now

Liverpool are eyeing on a deal to sign Jamal Musiala from Bayern Munich more than his teammate Leroy Sane. Liverpool are reportedly more interested in getting Musiala. However, if the deal collapses they may look for the German winger again. The Reds have Sane under their radar only if Salah decides to leave the club next summer. Christian Falk, in his Fact Files column, said he knows which player they’d prefer to bring in.

“Bayern also has a problem with Leroy Sane, who is playing his best season since he first arrived at Munich. The problem is that the national player only has a contract until 2025. The other problem is that, so far, the club has not spoken to him about a new contract following the changes at the top with the board.”

“Now Sane is thinking about perhaps looking for a new challenge again in the summer. Liverpool are also interested in the player. The 27-year-old could replace 31-year-old Mohamed Salah if he leaves the club in the summer.

Sane is quick like Salah and just as flexible on offence. But I heard Musiala is Liverpool’s priority – should they fail in their pursuit here, only then will Sane come.”

Considering the replacement for salah, fans will be voting to bring in Sane than Musiala. Moreover, former Manchester City man will be a perfect replacement for the Egyptian master. Furthermore, Jamal is not even a winger to play him on that side. It wuld be a much better choice to get Leroy over Musiala for the replacement of someone like Salah. Sane is quick, left-footed, hungry and in his peak as well.
