Mac Allister posted on Instagram after the bizarre red card incident

Liverpool’s new signee Alexis Mac Allister posted on his Instagram after he was sent off against Bournemouth FC on Saturday.

The Argentine was shown red card in 58th minute for a slightly-ill tackle on Ryan Christie. Due to which, he will out of contention for till West Ham clash next month.

The whole social media talked about the incident, as few Reds supporters suggested that referee made a harch decision by sending him off. However Mac Allister choose to take positives out of the incident as it was dream come true of him to make his debut at Anfield. He posted on Instagram and wrote :-

“Yesterday I was able to make my dream come true by playing at Anfield as a Liverpool player. It was amazing.

“It wasn’t the match that I expected but we were able to succeed as a team giving the best we had.

The World-Cup winners acknowledged his peers and supporters for there support. He further stated :-

“I would like to give special thanks to my team mates for the great effort and the fans for their constant support.”

Despite being a outnumbered, Liverpool won the match by the scoreline of 3:1. Luis Diaz Mohammed Salah and Diego Jota scored the goals for the home side on Saturday.

Mac Allister’s dismissal had resembles with Darwin Nunez’s sent off last season. The Uruguayan headbutted Crystal Palace defender Joachim Anderson on his home debut 12 months ago.

The Argentine International is a player of great potential as he will be crucial for Liverpool’s success in this campaign. Despite the horrendous incident, Mac Allister showed his respects towards supporters.

The 24-year-old will be all charged up to start fresh against West Ham next month.
