Micah Richards names the Arsenal man who is starting to get better

Pundit Micah Richards names Arsenal man Kai Havertz as the player who is starting to improve. Richards was speaking after Arsenal beat Brighton 2-0 last weekend. The former Manchester City man believes Havertz is getting better. Owing to goals from Jesus and Havertz, the Gunners emerge victorious and move to top position in the league. Moreover, he was also on the scoresheet against Luton Town as well. He now has four goals in last seven games for Arsenal.

Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, Richards was raving about the Arsenal man. He said,

People like Havertz, who people were writing off and where his best position, and he is starting to play well or he is starting to make a difference in terms of scoring or assisting.”

Havertz was not looking impressive ay the start of the season. There were even calls for Mikel Arteta to drop the German international. However, he is now looking to get back to form after Arteta’s faith in him. He is now making an impact on the field as Arsenal set their eyes on a Premier League title run. He is now having four goals and one assist in 11 starts and six substitute appearances in the Premier League this season. Besides this, he also has one goal in five starts and a substitute appearance in the UEFA Champions League as well for Arteta’s side. The Gunners will be travelling to Merseyside next week in a fierce clash with title rivals Liverpool next weekend.
