Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou warned his rivals in his press conference before clash against Crystal Palace this weekend.

Spurs will be in action for the second time this week as they lock horns with Crystal Palace on Friday. Tottenham are currently sitting at the top of the Premier League Table.

Postecoglou’s attacking brand of football is getting heaps of praise as Tottenham are scoring goals for fun. The manager praised his team and said in the pre-match press-conference:-

“All of it. We still have to grow in every area.

“There are areas where we are already very good, particularly around the defensive side of the game. I think we’ve been excellent there – really consistent.

“I said after the game on Monday night that that’s what won us the game. To work really hard and press the opposition and be really disciplined and committed to forcing oppositions into mistakes. That’s been really good and really pleasing for me.

“I still think our main growth will come in the attacking side of the game. I still think particularly in the front third, a lot of our movements are still not natural and fluent like we want them to be, which isn’t surprising. But what is getting us the goals is that we have great quality up there, which is contributing to that. But I still think the biggest growth for us will be in our attacking side of the game.”

Postecoglou shed light on his future plans as he praised rival manager

Ange Postecoglou praised the rival manager Roy Hodgson in his pre-match press-conference. He is a huge admirer of the 76-year-old.

Postecoglou shed light of his future plans and said :-

“Who knows. That’s not the plan – 76… somewhere on a Greek island, lying back watching football from around the world, maybe doing some punditry and becoming an expert overnight,” he quipped. “That’s the plan but you never know in life, mate.”
