Pundit Kevin Campbell backs Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard to fire in this current campaign as the Belgian international scored the winner against Everton last week.
Speaking on the Highbury Squad YouTube Channel, Campbell praises Trossard for his heroics against the Mersyside on Sunday. Pundit backs the forward to shine bright in this campaign.
Campbell gave his opinion about the 28-year-old :-
“I love Trossard. I think this is his season to be honest with you. But there has to be rotation, he’s a different player to Martinelli, he’s a schemer. He’s so clever, a very good operator and he can finish. The more we give him opportunities, I think this is going to be his season. If he can get a run in the team he will score and assist a lot of goals for Arsenal. I believe in this guy, I really do.”
Gunners have started their season on high note as they tarnished Manchester United in the Premier League this month. Arsenal now have four wins out of five matches this season.
Mikel Arteta’s side will also excited to participate in Champions League after a six year absence. They’ll face Dutch outfit PSV on Wednesday as the manager is excited to return back to the biggest stage.
Trossard will be ready to face all kind of odds in this campaign but it’ll depend on how much opportunity he is getting. Gabriel Martinelli already booked his place on left-flank of attack but the Brazilian have picked up a hamstring injury.
The Belgian is a super talented man who just needs right opportunity to explode this season.
