West Ham will be holding out on accepting any offers to quickly, as they’re aware of the face that other clubs might enter the race soon.

According to Mail Sport, Arsenal’s second rejected offer was worth £90 million plus further add-ons which pushed it closer to £100 million. And they added that Gunners will make a third offer for Rice as soon as possible.

Former English footballer Danny Murphy suggests that Declan Rice should go on a strike to force the transfer. He said:-

“It gets to the point where Declan has a decision to make. Has he got the courage to kick out?

“You have to be Craig Bellamy, Joey Barton, you have to look after yourself.

“It only happened to me once in my career but you have to make it perfectly clear that if you keep me here, I won’t be playing. And even though you don’t really believe it long term you have to do it.”
