West Ham United in a hunt for sensational Chelsea striker Armando Broja

West Ham United are exploring options to sign Chelsea man Armando Broja. West Ham are looking for a striker to break their striker ‘curse’ and feel Broja can be the man. According to TeamTalk, Chelsea will be open to selling the Albanian if a suitable offer comes. Moreover, he has made only five appearances in all competitions for the Blues this season. Therefore, the Hammers are looking for a new addition in their striker experiment. Broja was lauded as ‘sensatuonal’ during his loan spell with Southampton. If he wants his career back on track, a move away from Stamford Bridge could be ideal.

Though, he can be a victim of the striker curse plaguing West Ham from years. The latest victim of it is Gianluigi Scamacca. Moreover, players like Sebastian Haller, Michail Antonio have also been affected by this during their time at East London. According to some reports, Fulham are also speculating the possibility to obtain the striker’s services. The Craven Cottage side in a desperate need of a striker after Aleksander Mitrovic left them for Saudi side Al Hilal. Their new recruitment Raul Jimenez is not up to the mark till now. Consequently, they are also in need of a forward option.

With West Ham constantly getting into European Championships, Broja can get much more playing time than at Chelsea. Moreover, striker himself could be sold on a move to West Ham, a path that the likes of Kurt Zouma and Emerson Palmieri have enjoyed since leaving Chelsea.
