Santi Cazorla has called AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud the best player. Both were teammates at Arsenal under the management of Arsene Wenger. They both helped the club win multiple trophies and qualify for the Champions League every season. Hence, many of the players of that time have stayed friends till now. Santi Cazorla and Giroud played together for six years.
After leaving Giroud went to Chelsea and AC Milan to win more trophies. While Cazorla went to Spain and played his last playing years in Qatar. Cazorla sharing a photo with the French striker wrote on social media,

AC MILAN ARE IN POSITIVE DISCUSSIONS FOR OLIVER GIROUD’S CONTRACT EXTENSION

Hence, he needs an only one goal to become the nation’s leading goal-scorer in history. Therefore, it is clear that the France striker will hope to lead AC Milan to another title.
