The much-awaited Border-Gavaskar Trophy starts on 9th February in Nagpur. The preparations from the hosts and visitors are in full flow. Steve Smith in the media event revealed the info on allrounder Cameron Green. There are many injuries in the Aussies camp, especially in the bowling department. Cameron Green and Mitchell Starc were not available for the first test, but Josh Hazelwood joined the injury camp and is most likely to get fit by the third test.

What Steve Smith said on Cameron Green’s update

” I don’t think he’s even faced fast bowling yet, so I dare say he won’t be playing, bit who knows. I don’t even know what he’s done at training, I sort of focusing on my work. We will wait and see but it’s unlikely I think”

Green had injured his right index finger during the South African Test series and batted more than a hundred balls to save the test match. After the injury, he did surgery also. According to many reports, he might only bat in the first test.
