Anthony Martial’s agent has confirmed that he wants to leave Manchester United in the winter transfer window. Moreover, Barcelona have shown interest in signing the Frenchman. Anthony Martial had his best season at Manchester United in 2020 scoring 23 goals in that season. However, he has failed to get onto that form in the next seasons. He is likely to leave United in January and a loan move with an option for permanent signing is of high probability.

The Frenchman has to take charge of his career and start working hard and make changes to his game to survive.
Manchester United have recently appointed Ralf Rangnick as their interim manager. Therefore, they may look to make some signings in January to help the German manager. However, they will need funds to make some good signings. Moreover, Rangnick wants to get rid of the players who he thinks will not be useful for him. Selling Martial may get a few amount funds for United to make good recruitments in the winter transfer window.
