The Premier League recently revealed the fixtures of the 2022/23 season. With the World Cup in Qatar in the middle of the season, it promises to be an interesting one. Here we examine the fixture list of Arsenal for the upcoming campaign.

The Gunners had one of their better campaigns in recent years last season. However, injuries and lack of activity in the January window hurt Mikel Arteta’s side. They narrowly missed out on Champions League football to rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Like the previous two seasons, they will play the first game of the season. It will be a Friday night kick-off, against ex-Gunner Patrick Viera’s Crystal Palace. They then host Leicester, followed by newly promoted Bournemouth and Fulham. Their first “Big 6” match will be against Manchester United on the 3rd of September.

The North London derby at the Emirates is scheduled for the 1st of October. The reverse fixture is slated for the 14th of January. Matches with Chelsea take place on 5th November and 29th April respectively. Their final game before the Premier League is halted is against Wolverhampton Wanderers. They have a London derby against West Ham on their return on Boxing Day.
