Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney is reportedly going to attract offers in January. The left-back is not getting game time this season.

Hence, he will assess his options in the January transfer window. However, the Gunners will try their best to not sell any of their important squad players.

THE FUTURE OF KIERAN TIERNEY AT ARSENAL

According to reports, Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney is going to attract offers in the January transfer window. The report also states that the defender will consider options to leave the Gunners. However, all eyes will be on the Gunners. Mikel Arteta reportedly rates the player. He has also said that if he trains with more determination, he will start to get some game time.

In the absence of injured Zinchenko, Takheiro Tomiyasu is starting the games. Many Arsenal fans were surprised as Tomiyasu is a right-back. However, the defender has performed brilliantly in all of his games to resolve the fans concerns. Although, the brilliant performance of Tomiyasu is keeping Tierney on the bench. Hence, it is for the first time that Tierney is not the leading left-back at his club.

THE GUNNERS WILL HAVE TO CAREFULLY DEAL WITH THE FUTURES OF THE FRINGE PLAYERS

Arsenal will have to be careful with making deals in the January transfer window. This is because too many sales within the first team can impact brilliant performances. Hence, the Gunners need to only sell those players that do not have any future with the club. Therefore, Mikel Arteta has to decide whether Tierney is needed in the dressing room or not.

However, one thing is sure Arteta needs to give Tierney game time. Tierney said in one of his interviews,

“I’ve genuinely never had that. That was the first meeting I’ve had like in my life where I’ve been dropped, so it is new to me still.”

Hence, it looks like the frustration within Kieran Tierney is starting to come out.

Hence, Arsenal and the player need to sit down and find the best solution possible before the January transfer window begins. There is no doubt that many teams will have an interest in the Scottish defender. Hence, the Gunners will make a profit on their investment on the defender.
