Arsenal have reportedly a full agreement on personal terms with Mykhaylo Mudryk for a move in the January transfer window. However, they still have to agree on a transfer fee with Shakhtar Donetsk.
Hence, the sporting director Edu Gaspar is doing his best to close a deal with the Ukrainian giants. Therefore, it looks like the Premier League giants are close to a full agreement on all fronts.
ARSENAL AND MYKHAYLO MUDRYK TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY
According to reports, Arsenal have a full agreement with Mykhaylo Mudryk on personal terms over a January transfer window move. The report also claims that the winger has agreed on a five-year deal with the Gunners. However, the Premier League giants will have to agree on a transfer fee with Shakhtar Donetsk. Although, it looks like the player is pushing for his dream move. The winger has called manager Mikel Arteta one of the best managers in the world.
Chelsea are also monitoring the situation of Mykhaylo Mudryk. They are reportedly ready to make a bid for him if the Arsenal bid fails. The report also claims that the Gunners have made the second bid. However, it is not yet accepted nor rejected. The first bid of 40 million plus 20 million add-ons was quickly rejected. Hence, it looks like the Premier League giants have made a significantly higher bid. Therefore, it is clear that Mykhaylo Mudryk is the priority target for the Gunners in the January transfer window.
THE GUNNERS NEED REINFORCEMENTS IN THE FORWARD AREAS OF THE FIELD
A number of reports have also claimed that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is worried about the lack of depth in the forward areas of the field. He also feels that they are a Bukayo Saka or a Martinelli injury away from having a disaster second half of the season. Hence, it looks like Mikel has already made his point to Edu Gaspar and the ownership.
