The England national football team including Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka departed to Qatar to play in the World Cup. They will be hoping to win their first major trophy for their country in over 50 years. Hence, the fans are hoping that this year the trophy will finally come home. Hence, the Gunners winger Saka will hope to score and assist to bring glory to his country.
The England national team will face Iran in their first group match. Hence, the England and neutral fans expect them to beat Iran convincingly. This tournament will also be a big test for England manager Gareth Southgate. He has been criticized for his style of playing. However, the mood within the England camp was positive. A positive interaction was also seen between the Arsenal winger and the Tottenham defender.

A number of cameras were also there to capture the players departing for Qatar. The cameras captured Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka and Eric Dier joking with each other. A video also confirmed that Saka was admiring Eric Dier’s clothing sense. Saka said,
“Nice hat, bro.” Thank you. I don’t know if you’re being serious or not,”
Dier responded.
The Arsenal winger smiled and again said to Dier that he was not joking. He said: “Nice hat bro. Of course I’m being serious.”
Hence, the great relationship between the two rival club players makes it clear that Gareth Southgate has managed to keep club rivalries out of the national camp. Both the players will be very important for the progress of England to further stages of the major tournament. The Arsenal winger Saka will bring his skills and full energy. Whereas, Eric Dier will bring his years of experience and his defensive skills to the squad.
Arsenal will hope that Bukayo Saka wins the World Cup with the England national teams and stays fit throughout the tournament. The Gunners are currently first in the Premier League table. Hence, Mikel Arteta will hope that all of his players participating in the World Cup do not suffer an injury.
