Arsenal transfer target Declan Rice has reportedly rejected a move to Real Madrid in the next summer transfer window. Hence, it is clear that the midfielder wants to stay in the Premier League.
However, he has rejected contract offers from West Ham and wants to move to a club with regular European football. Manchester City and Chelsea are also monitoring the situation along with the Gunners.

According to reports, Arsenal are showing serious interest in signing West Ham midfielder Declan Rice in the next summer transfer window. The report also claims that they are preparing an 80 million bid for the England midfielder. It also claims that Mikel Arteta is a big fan of the West Ham midfielder. Mikel Arteta also sees him as a long-term replacement for Thomas Partey in the squad. Hence, Declan Rice has already rejected multiple contract extension offers from West Ham.
However, despite this, he will go nowhere in the January transfer window. The Hammers are ready to take the risk of not selling because the Hammers are currently in a relegation fight. Hence, the Premier League side are ready to reject the big potential offers in the closing moments of the January window. However, the good news for Arsenal is West Ham are open to selling him in the next summer transfer window. Although, the Hammers will ask at least 100-125 million for a potential sale.

Hence, Arsenal will have tough competition for the signature of Declan Rice. A report also claims that Manchester City are ready to offer cash and Kalvin Philips in exchange for Rice. Whereas, Liverpool are also ready to offer Alex Oxlade Chamberlin and cash for Declan Rice. However, the Gunners are ready to reportedly offer straight cash for Declan Rice. Although, they will not pay 100 million for him. They will only pay a maximum of 80-85 million for him.
Hence, it is certain that Declan Rice will move to a top Premier League club in the next summer transfer window. However, it remains to be whether he goes to Arsenal or to another top Premier League club. Whereas, West Ham will hope that they can survive this season from relegation and can get a mega fee for Declan Rice the next summer.
