Arsenal

The Netherlands national team remains hopeful about including Jurrien Timber in Ronald Koeman‘s squad for the upcoming Euros. Reports suggest that Jurrien Timber’s injury may sideline him until next preseason.

Despite this, the Netherlands national team is keeping a close eye on his recovery. They are hoping to have him ready for the Euros. Timber is one of almost 40 players competing for a spot in Ronald Koeman’s Euros squad. Despite his injury, there’s still hope he could make the team, with his name tentatively considered for selection.

Timber’s Arsenal Journey and Dutch Certainty

Jurrien Timber’s move to Arsenal from Ajax was promising, but a cruciate ligament rupture in his debut game dampened expectations. Initially, it seemed he’d miss the entire season.

Before his injury, Timber was a shoo-in for the Dutch national team. The team’s management is optimistic about his recovery and potential contribution to their Euro campaign next summer. According to reports, Arsenal will likely decide on Timber’s future next year. The most optimistic scenario would have him rejoining preseason training.

The report ends on a hopeful note, suggesting a possibility that Timber might return sooner than expected. Despite the uncertainty, there’s optimism within the Dutch squad about including him in the Euros.
