Australia are preparing well for the second Test against Sri Lanka which they aim to win.

If Australia wins or draws the second Test in Sri Lanka, they will still secure a second straight win in Asia.

Thus, the Aussies are enjoying their tour of Asia right now with the batters showing positive intent.

Next year in February, Australia have the India challenge where they will be playing 4 Tests.

Australia have never won a series in India since 2004 so they would like to break the long-standing jinx.

Andrew McDonald and his men are preparing for the India series as well through the Sri Lanka series.

Daniel Vettori, assistant coach of Australia in a press conference said that the pitches in Pakistan and Sri Lanka were either flat or square.

While in India, Australia will have a mixture of both. So, he said that they will keep changing their plans and tactics.

Australia would like to end the 11-year drought of not winning three straight series in Asia.

They have already taken the first steps after they beat Pakistan this year in January.

Australia’s batters are using the sweep and reverse-sweep to full effect to score the maximum of their runs.

Thus, the Aussies are ready to take on all the Asian teams this year to win three straight series in the continent.
