Rahul Dravid and Paras Mhabrey are appointed as Team India coaches till 2023. BCCI invited Rahul Dravid as the had coach of Team India. And Paras Mhabrey is appointed as the bowling coach for Team India. According to times of India, Dravid has accepted the request as the coach for Indian team till 2023.
The discussion of this development happened in Dubai. The president of BCCI, Sourav Ganguly and secretary Jay Shah in the meeting held for the team India requested Rahul Dravid for the position. And he agreed to the offer gladly.
Ravi Shastri is the current coach of team India. And he’s already announced that T20 world cup 2021 will be his last tournament as the head coach of Indian team. Rahul Dravid has signed the contract of becoming head coach of Indian team till 2023.
The BCCI on Sunday unveiled the news to the Times of India that Dravid has confirmed to become the next head coach of the Indian team. And he’ll step down as the NCA head soon for the new position in Indian Cricket Team.

It is confirmed by the BCCI that Dravid has been given a two-year contract for the position. Team India needs a strong personality after Ravi Sasthri to be the head of the team. Rahul Dravid has worked hard in previous years as the coach and the head at various places and positions. He’ll be coming with a lot of experience already and his calm nature will be helpful for the team India.
