With no champions league game time and nothing on the stake, Man Utd will lock horns against Brighton this weekend.
Nothing to fight for except for their spot in the Europa League, Man Utd will look for a victory. Brighton has failed to win their last eight fixtures at home. On the other hand, nothing new for the red devils as they enjoy the sheer pandemonium of their poor form.
Man Utd in the last 5 matches: W D L L W
Brighton has won their last 3 away fixtures. If we look premier league in terms of away matches then Brighton would be fourth in the table. In-home games, Brighton would be third from the bottom with just 12 goals scored in the last 17 home games. This is worst in terms of goals scored at home along with Norwich.

With the champions league way out of sight, the Europa League is the new hope for the red devils. The last game of the season will always be dodgy and the least fans can expect is a win.

Man Utd Team News

Brighton Hove Albion Team News

Brighton’s injury concern will have an effect on their game and with their poor home form, they may face some concerns.
Pascal Gross is likely to replace injured Mwepu, along with Bissouma and Caicedo in the midfield to adopt a defensive approach against a star-studded side. Gross and Caicedo also hold the potential to initiate an attack from the wings while shifting gears to switch from defensive to attacking.

The central defense unit of the seagulls will consist of Veltman, Dunk, and Cucurella, which will aim to absorb the Man Utd attack. Sanchez has performed some outrageous saves this season and is the reason why Brighton sits 9th this season.
Instead of wingers, Graham Potter will go with wingbacks, and Lamptey accompanied by Trossard will take the charge to initiate attacks as well as retract back when under attack.
Danny Welbeck with Mac Allister will start up front against the red devils. Welbeck who’s an ex-Man Utd star owns the record of scoring the maximum number of goals to date against Man Utd in the premier league who has played for Man Utd previously. Welbeck will hunt for the opportunity to extend his stay with this record.
Players out of injury: Mwepu (Groin injury), Moder (Knee), Sarmiento (Hamstring)
Possible starting lineup: Sanchez; Veltman, Dunk, Cucurella, Lamptey, Gross, Bissouma, Caicedo, Trossard, Mac Allister, Welbeck
Possible formation: 3-5-1-1
