Former Gunners star now dreams of managing Arsenal

The Gunner’s fans opinion on Cesc Fabregas is a mixed one as of now. However Cesc Fabregas is still very fond of his former club Arsenal. The player joined Arsenal when he was 16 years old, he was one of the best midfielders during his time in London. Furthermore he was also the captain of the Arsenal team at the age of 21. Although a lot has happened since he left the Gunners and joined Barcelona in 2011. He had even played for the Arsenal rivals Chelsea and won the Premier League with them. But now Cesc Fabregas looks to return to the Emirates stadium. However this time around, he wishes to return as a manager. The 35 year old is still active in the game. He plays for the Italian club Como, which he also co-own with Thierry Henry.

Cesc Fabregas dreams to manage Arsenal one day

The player has played in 14 games this season, but now he is thinking of his future as well. He is currently thinking about a future after his retirement from the sport. A Spanish news outlet claim that Cesc Fabregas wants to become a manager after he retires from football. He has also met Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and is impressed with what Arteta has done for the club. Furthermore the claims suggests that the Spaniard sees Pep Guardiola, Xavi and Arteta as his references, who’s footsteps he wishes to follow one day. The outlet also claim that Cesc Fabregas wants to manage Arsenal and Barcelona one day. However the Gunners fans have mixed feelings towards the player. Fabregas was a fan favorite during his time at North London. He was even supported by the fans when he forced a move to Barcelona in 2011.

But it all changed Cesc Fabregas returned to England and joined their London rivals Chelsea. Therefore not every Arsenal fan will be thrilled to see Fabregas manage their beloved club. But nothing is set on stone and stranger things have happened in football in the past. Perhaps his dream could come true one day.
