The Champions League last-16 draw took place in Nyon, Switzerland this is where the team who won their group were drawn against those who finished second. Champions League last-16 will be played on 14-15 and 21-22 February while the second leg will be played on 7-8 and 14-15 March.
Liverpool would be looking for revenge against Real Madrid following last season’s Champions League final defeat. Both teams are once again drawn to each other, there would be an interesting battle between the two.
Manchester City faces an easy opponent RB Leipzig, Graham Potter Chelsea will play Borussia Dortmund while Tottenham have been drawn against AC Milan.
Teams from the same county will not be facing each other in the Round of 16.
Man City, Chelsea, Spurs won their group and were handed easier ties, while Liverpool ended in second place of their group and will face last season’s champions. Liverpool and Napoli had equal 15 points but Napoli won the group on goal difference.
Spurs won their group at the very last moment after beating Frankfurt with a difference of only one point. Marseille and Sporting Lisbon were both eliminated.
Chelsea won Group E beating Milan at second place with Salzburg and Dinamo Zagreb both eliminated.
